Returns and Refunds

Here at Doctor Oddity, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that you are not completely satisfied with, you may return any full priced item (with the exception of mystery wing jars, mystery boxes, sale items and gift cards) for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 business days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping; we recommend using a tracked method of postage. Doctor Oddity is not liable for any items lost during return postage.

To initiate a return, please contact info@doctoroddity.com.au within 48 hours with your order number and any further details required. Products returned without prior contact will not be accepted.  

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact info@doctoroddity.com.au within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. Please note that Doctor Oddity does not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect handling or storage.
